The stack
Architecture, process, HVAC, clean and black utilities, fire protection, electrical and automation — modelled together, drawn from the same geometry, handed over as one package.
02 — HVAC
AHU-wise ducting layouts, supply and return balancing, volume dampers and terminal boxes engineered to hold the required grades — pressure cascades resolved in the model.
04 — Utilities / Plumbing
PW, WFI, clean steam and process gases with loop routing, slopes, dead-leg control and sampling points — plus drainage and plumbing, engineered for sanitary design.
06 — Cleanrooms
Room programme, cleanliness grades, airlocks and pass-throughs are laid out around personnel and material flows — the envelope designed around the process, not the other way round.
08 — Process Equipments
Vessels, skids, access platforms and interconnecting piping set out against the process flow, wrapped in an envelope sized around them rather than the reverse.
Handover
Drawings, schedules and sections come out of this model, so what is issued for construction and what is inspected at handover are the same geometry.
