We have partnered with pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare investors across the MENA region, turning process ambition into buildable, compliant, inspection-ready designs.
We work to a European engineering standard, guided by GMP and ISPE, with one accountable team carrying every discipline: architecture, process, HVAC, clean and black utilities, electrical and automation.
The result is what our clients value most: fewer surprises. Facilities designed once, coordinated properly and built to perform.
Headquartered in Amman, Jordan, with offices in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), UAE (Dubai) and Syria (Damascus), Agon designs for pharmaceutical manufacturers across the MENA region. Engagements are structured around client confidentiality; project references are available under NDA.

The Agon difference
Most facility problems are designed in long before they are built. Here is how our approach differs from the way pharmaceutical projects are usually delivered.
| Aspect | Typical approach | The Agon approach |
|---|---|---|
| Team | Separate consultants per discipline, coordinated by the client | One accountable team carrying every discipline under one roof |
| Compliance | GMP checked late, often discovered at audit | GMP designed in from the very first layout |
| Coordination | Clashes found on site, fixed with costly rework | Clashes resolved in a federated 3D model before build |
| Traceability | Drawings with no clear link to requirements | Every drawing traceable to the URS and Basis of Design |
| Markets | Designed for a single regulator | Designed to the most stringent market you target |
| Presence | Remote consultants, far from site | European standard, delivered by regional offices near your site |
| Continuity | Design ends at drawing issue | Design intent protected through construction and handover |
Facilities that satisfy EU, US, WHO and GCC inspectors from day one.
Clashes and gaps removed on paper, not during construction.
Scope and cost fixed progressively at each design gate.
Less rework and re-qualification between build and licence.
