Facility designGMP facility design, concept to detailed engineering
New GMP facilities taken from conceptual layout through detailed engineering: room layout, personnel and material flows, the HVAC and pressure-cascade scheme and the clean utilities, coordinated in a single 3D model and issued as a construction-ready, inspection-aligned package. The same method carries every facility type we design — sterile and aseptic fill-finish, oral solid dosage, liquids and semi-solids, medical devices, QC and microbiology laboratories, and warehousing.

Reviewed a new facility design against GMP requirements before construction, resolving layout, flow and classification issues on paper, where they cost little to correct, rather than on site or at audit.
